Raffle Rules and Regulations
Sponsored by Alex Righetto Masterworks LLC in partnership with The Stacy Francis Music, Art & Education Foundation 501c
1. Eligibility:
- The raffle is open to all individuals who make purchases at Alex Righetto Masterworks LLC (“the store”) online at the website romeoandjuliet.event.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
- Employees of Alex Righetto Masterworks LLC and The Stacy Francis Music, Art & Education Foundation 501c, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Purchase Requirement:
- Customers who make purchases at the store will receive entries into the raffle as part of their purchase.
- For every $250 spent on merchandise and prints, the customer will receive one entry into the raffle.
- Each entry will be associated with the customer’s purchase and will be recorded accordingly.
- No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter the raffle. Participants may also enter the raffle without making a purchase by sending a request to Alex Righetto LLC by mail to receive one entry without making a purchase.
3. Donation:
- For every purchase made at the store, Alex Righetto Masterworks LLC will donate to The Stacy Francis Music, Art & Education Foundation 501c to support its charitable endeavors.
4. Prize:
- One grand prize will be awarded to the winner.
- The prize includes:
- Round-trip flights for two persons to Verona, Italy, scheduled for September 23rd to September 26th.
- Hotel accommodation for three nights in Verona.
- Dinner with the artist.
- Tour of the exhibition of Romeo and Juliet.
- The prize will be awarded through a drawing by chance, in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 849.0935.
- One grand prize will be awarded to the winner, chosen randomly from all eligible entries received.
5. Drawing:
- The raffle drawing will take place on September 1st, 2024, under Florida Statutes Section 849.0935.
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received.
- The drawing will be conducted fairly and transparently.
6. Notification of Winner:
- The winner will be notified via email or phone within 2 days of the drawing.
- If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 10 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Acceptance:

The winner must accept the prize as awarded and may be required to sign a release form confirming their acceptance of the prize and releasing Alex Righetto Masterworks LLC and The Stacy Francis Music, Art & Education Foundation 501c from any liability.
8. Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Alex Righetto Masterworks LLC and The Stacy Francis Music, Art & Education Foundation 501c to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. General Conditions:
- Alex Righetto Masterworks LLC and The Stacy Francis Music, Art & Education Foundation 501c reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle at any time.
- The decision of the sponsors regarding all aspects of the raffle is final and binding.
